Our position

We take whichever seat the project needs

Consultants specify with us. Main contractors and EPC firms subcontract the MEP package to us. Developers and owners appoint us directly. And where the scope suits it, we carry the main contract ourselves. The seat changes from project to project — the engineering and the accountability do not.

MEP Design & Build

Main Contract

Where an owner or developer appoints us directly, we carry the whole build — civil, finishes and services.

How the package fits together

Three services, one set of drawings

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing share the same ceiling void, the same risers and the same programme. Drawn together, they fit. Drawn separately, somebody chops a duct on site.

Firefighting, chilled water, drainage, gas and electrical containment sharing one void — set out from a single coordinated model, installed by our own crews. Nothing here was resolved with an angle grinder.

Straight answers

What role do you usually take?

Most of our work is the MEP and specialist systems package under a main contractor or EPC firm — that is the seat we are appointed to most often, and we work to your programme, QA/QC and HSE regime. We also hold main contracts directly for owners and developers where the scope suits it. Whichever applies, the role and the interface boundaries are stated in the tender, not discovered on site.

How do you handle interfaces with other packages?

Interfaces are mapped and owned before mobilisation, and services drawings are clash-resolved before installation. Because mechanical, electrical and automation sit with us, there are fewer interfaces on your project to begin with.

How are variations handled?

Raised, priced and agreed before execution wherever the programme allows, with a clear record of instruction, cost and time effect. No surprises in the final account.

What protects the programme on long-lead equipment?

Procurement is planned from award, and our principal-brand stock in Muscat removes import lead times from the critical path. Where a genuine risk remains, we say so at tender.
